SPED 700 - APPLIED BEHAVIOR ANALYSIS IN EDUCATION

This course explores tools and processes for intervention, evaluation, and data collection in leading behavior change work in schools and districts. Through extension of basic behavioral principles and exploration of research in applied behavior analysis, candidates will address issues including behavioral assessment, goal development, selection of behavior change procedures, ethical and legal responsibilities, leading behavior change work, and program evaluation. Three hours of lecture.
