SPED 701 - LEGAL AND ETHICAL ISSUES IN SPECIAL EDUCATION

3 Credit Hour(s)
This course prepares candidates for leadership in special education through exploration of federal and state policy, working with federal programs, and understanding finance in special education. The student will examine federal and state legislation, case law, and regulations regarding compliance and services to children with disabilities.
