THEA 497 - COLLABORATION IN THEATRE

Students are introduced to theories and practices involved in collaboration in theatrical rehearsal and performance. Students learn basic methods for successful collaboration between the director, actors, designers, the stage manager, technicians and others such as playwrights, choreographers, composers, etc. Students receive practical experience through the preparation of scripted and improvised scenes and a group project. One hour of lecture and three hours of lab.
