BCHM 410 - BIOCHEMISTRY I

The chemical structure and biological properties of proteins, lipids and carbohydrates and their contribution to cellular chemistry in terms of enzyme kinetics, bioenergetics and common metabolic chemistries. Three hours of lecture.
