FIN 301 - MANAGERIAL FINANCE

An introduction to the theory and practice of making investment and financing decisions in a firm. Topics include risk/return relationships, time value of money, security valuation, capital budgeting, capital structure, dividend policy, firm performance analysis, and factors impacting investor returns. A grade of C or better is required for Finance majors. Three hours of lecture.

Prerequisite(s): ECON 201 and ACCT 205 or equivalents
