Selected topics from current issues and problems in modern biology based on the primary literature. This course is designed to help the student read, understand, interpret and qualify scientific texts. This course will help train students to find and select essential texts using both literature references 9from an initial text), and computer-based databases and to present the material in an oral and written format. One hour of recitation and discussion.
