BLAW 415 - EMPLOYMENT LAW

This course examines the developing body of modern employment law. Topics include the at-will doctrine, wrongful discharge, just cause, tort and breach of contract claims, invasion of privacy, ERISA, COBRA, OSHA, workers compensation, sexual harassment, state and federal employment discrimination laws, and other forms of protective legislation such as FMLA and FLSA. Three hours of lecture. Also listed as MADM 415.
