CJ 401 - CRITICAL LEGAL ISSUES IN CRIMINAL JUSTICE

This course involves examining recent legislation and case law, both state and federal, that impact upon criminal justice professionals and the administration of criminal justice. Topics will depend upon current legal developments in such areas as law enforcement, the courts, corrections, juvenile justice, and judicial review of administrative decisions. Three hours of lecture.
