CJ 406 - GEOGRAPHIC PROFILING

This course examines the importance of geographic information systems in contemporary crime analysis, including crime mapping, geographic profiling and homeland security. In addition, this hands-on course demonstrates relevant geographic information technology for law enforcement investigations and addresses the advantages and disadvantages of implementing such technologies.
