CJ 465 - SEX CRIMES & SEXUAL DEVIANCE

An overview of the areas of sexual deviance and sex crimes in American Society. Topics include abnormal and atypical sexual behavior, dangerous sex crimes, and sexual abuse against adults and children. This course addresses the various approaches used in treating, controlling and punishing such behavior. Three hours of lecture.

Prerequisite(s): CJ 107 or consent of the Department
