COUN 723 - COUNSELING METHODS AND TECHNIQUES

In-depth study of the major counseling skills, techniques, and strategies to include assessment, interviewing, rapport building, counseling, and termination skills, combined with appropriate laboratory/field experiences designed to illustrate the characteristics and behaviors that influence the counseling process. Three hours of lecture or equivalent.
