ENSC 430 - HYDROGEOLOGY - WATER RESOURCES

A survey of regional aquifers with an emphasis on the impact of human activities in recharge areas, factors that govern the movement of groundwater through aquifers, and the physical and chemical changes that result. The course will also include an introduction to the investigative techniques use in studying ground water by utilizing the monitoring well that has been developed in the Red River floodplain. Three hours of lecture.
