FA 140 - INTRODUCTION TO FINE ARTS

A survey of the major trends of Western art and architecture from prehistory to the Contemporary era. Students are introduced to art history and its methods, techniques, materials, and media, and examine art works in their social and historical contexts. Does not count towards degree requirements for Fine Arts Major. Three hours of lecture.
