KHS 411 - PROGRAM EVALUATION

Program evaluation is the systematic use of empirical information to assess and improve the efficacy of public or non-profit programs and policies. This course will introduce students to the different frameworks of evaluation as well as examine data collection tools for implementing evaluation. The role of evaluators, funders, program staff, and stakeholders in response to or preparation for evaluation will also be addressed. Three hours of lecture.
