MADM 321 - ORGANIZATIONAL BEHAVIOR

An in-depth study of the social and psychological factors affecting human behavior and performance in organizations, with emphasis on individual and small group processes. More specifically, the course examines behavioral science knowledge relating to such topics as perception and personality, attitudes and job satisfaction, motivation and enhancing employee performance, leadership, and group dynamics. A range of organizational-level topics such as organizational structure and culture relevant to human behavior and performance will also be examined. Three hours of lecture.
