MADM 410 - ENTREPRENEURSHIP AND NEW VENTURE DEVELOPMENT

The focus of this course is on the study of the basic stages of the business start-up process: idea discovery, plan formulation, implementation of start-up, and downstream development. Cases will be extensively used to explore the critical stages of entrepreneurial development. In addition, the entrepreneurship concept will be explored as it relates to large businesses. Three hours of lecture.
