MADM 425 - COMPENSATION ADMINISTRATION

3 Credit Hour(s)
The study of compensation administration in public and private organizations; administration of total compensation systems with emphasis on determinants of general wage and salary levels and structures, examination of wage surveys, incentive systems, profit sharing, wage criteria, and job evaluation. Three hours of lecture.

Prerequisite(s): MADM 320  or consent of the Department
