MADM 428 - PERFORM IMPROVEMENT

This course presents the Human Performance Improvement Model and its use in today’s workplaces. Using various analyses, students learn to identify key performance gaps and causes of performance gaps, and to select appropriate methods of intervention identification, intervention implementation, and intervention evaluations. Three hours of lecture.
