KHS 431 - STRENGTH AND CONDITIONING FOR SPECIAL POPULATIONS

3 Credit Hour(s)
Covers evidence-based exercise program design and its application for special populations such as individuals with temporary or permanent physical or cognitive conditions and disorders. The course prepares students for the NSCA Certified Special Population Specialist® (CSPS®) certification exam. Three hours of lecture. 

Prerequisite(s): KHS 327   and KHS 427
