DE 702 - EDUCATIONAL TECHNOLOGIES

A comprehensive introduction to educational technologies used by post-secondary institutions, with a focus on those currently used at consortium institutions, such as learning management systems, library databases, AI, third-party vendor software used by various departments, and interfaces used by the Student Success Center. Students will be asked to engage critically with these technologies using discipline-specific materials, and, more broadly, with the role and philosophy of educational technology adoption and use. 3 hours of lecture/lab.
