MADM 301 - PRINCIPLES OF MANAGEMENT

Study of basic managerial functions in organizations such as planning, organizing, leading, and controlling, including individual and group behavior, motivation, leadership, strategy, group dynamics, as well as ethics and the global economy. Management majors must earn a C or better. Three hours of lecture.
